POLYROUTE CP-3100F
Methyl methacrylate resin for coloured cold plastic surface markings
POLYROUTE CP-3100F is a solvent free, high reactive, very low viscous methyl methacrylate resin and mainly used for binder of 2-component cold plastic coloured markings, hardened with benzoyl peroxide(50% BPO powder).
The curing time of binder is depending on the temperature, hardener quantity and it contains paraffin wax which tends to flot when stored for a long time, so the binder must be homogenized before use by stirring.
Cold plastic compounds or coating compounds based on PolyRoute CP-3100F are permanently elastic, resistant to weathering, abrasion and many traffic chemicals like salts, oil, fuels.

Applications
- Long-life road surface coatings and markings in various designs and colours.
- Areas of use are bicycle lanes, non-skid paving, bus stops, pedestrian walkways and decorative design of traffic areas, etc.,
- Recommended application temperature is between 5 and 35℃.
Storage
Do not exposure to direct sunlight and it should be stored in a dry place of indoor, for up to 6 months at storage temperatures between 5 and 25℃ with unopened original packing.
